 Anne Thénaisie, Managing Director Safran Additive Manufacturing 

Anne Thénaisie

After a PhD in ultra-high resolution laser spectroscopy at Sorbonne University, Anne Thenaisie joined Snecma in 1987 to develop optical sensors for development engines. She then worked in Quality as a statistical specialist in various fields such as process control and reliability. She then returned to the Technical Department to manage a project for a new hollow fan blade technology, and later to head the Measurement and Test Instrumentation Department. Back in the Industrial Division, she took an active part in the development of 3D woven composite parts for the Leap engine, and then created the Direct Manufacturing Department in charge of developing the use of Additive Manufacturing in Safran Aircraft Engines products. Since June 2019, she heads the Safran Additive Manufacturing Platform at Safran Tech's R&T and Innovation Department.

                                                            

 John van Doeselaar, Airbus Executive Expert Aircraft Structural Integrity

Graduated from the Haarlem University of Applied Sciences in Aeronautics
Career:
- Fokker Aircraft in the Netherlands as Structural Designer and Lead Stress Engineer.
- CAA-Netherlands and Joint Aviation Authorities Europe as Senior Specialist Structures and Materials, approving structure designs in international projects for several major Manufacturers, and participating in technical rulemaking projects.
- Airbus Toulouse France as Senior Expert, established the Structures design and certification requirements for both the A400M and A350 project, focussing on novel technologies, and influenced several major international rulemaking activities.
- Airbus Toulouse France as Senior Manager, leading the Structure airworthiness department.
- Airbus Toulouse France as Executive Expert Aircraft Structural Integrity within the Airbus Structures Engineering department, focusing on new technologies, safety, standards, and interfaces with system domains, and technical advisor to Airbus management.

Thierry BROLON, Associate Director, leads the Materials & Processes Practice of BT2i - Business and Technology Intelligence for Innovation - an Innovation Consulting firm specialized in assisting industrial and academic organizations in the operational management of their Open Innovation, Technological and Strategic Intelligence processes. Before joining the field of Innovation Consulting, he had a professional background in companies for more than 15 years in the fields of surface treatments and materials. He held the position of Technical and R&D Director, successively in a small and medium sized company operating as a subcontractor for all industrial sectors, then in the co-founding of a Consulting, R&D, Studies and Technology Transfer company which also developed an activity of recommendation and supply of innovative products based on the study of specifications.
